Sue Bandy
Ms. Bandy is Executive Director of McLean County Community Compact, in partnership with the University of Illinois Extension.
Wallace "Wally" D. Furrow
Mr. Furrow is the owner and President of Furrow Enterprises which includes Furrow Farms of El Paso, Illinois. He serves as a Commissioner of the Illinois Rural Bond Bank. Mr. Furrow is a past president of the Illinois Grain and Feed Association, and is a board member of the National Grain Association. Mr. Furrow is recently retired from the position of USDA Rural Development State Director of Illinois (formerly Farmers Home Administration). He will be involved in additional enterprises in the near future.
John F. Henning
Mr. Henning is the Director of Planning and Zoning for LaSalle County. He serves on the LaSalle County Workforce Investment Board and is the LaSalle County representative on the North Central Illinois Economic Development Administration District Committee. Mr. Henning served for 10 years as the City Manager of Princeton, Illinois and is a past president of the Illinois Association of Regional Councils. Mr. Henning is an ISU graduate and is currently an adjunct instructor of political science at ISU.
Mike Matejka
Mr. Matejka is legislative director for the Great Plains Laborers District Council. He edits the Grand Prairie Union News and serves on the Bloomington City Council. He is involved in numerous community efforts and boards in Mclean County. He is an ISU graduate and has worked internationally in Asia, Africa, South America and the Caribbean.
Matt McCleary
Mr. McCleary is Village Administrator of the Village of Round Lake Park. A graduate of the Stevenson Center Peace Corps Fellows/USA Program, he served in Ukraine 1998-2000 as a business development Peace Corps Volunteer. Highly involved in the Round Lake Park and Lake County area, Mr. McCleary is a member of the Round Lake Park Business Development Committee, ad hoc member of the Round Lake Park Planning Commission, and Chairman of Round Lake Park's Youth Development Committee.
Kenneth G. McMillan
Mr. McMillan taught economics and finance at Monmouth College for five years, and is a former Illinois State Senator, serving from 1977 to 1983. He has served as a congressional aide, as a confidential assistant to the Secretary of Agriculture, and is currently a director of the Illinois Tax Foundation. He was the first President and continues to serve on the board of the Illinois Agricultural Leadership Foundation.

Mr. Sneed
is the Vice President of Residential Lending of the State Farm Federal Savings Bank ® , located at the company's headquarters in Bloomington, IL. Prior to coming to State Farm in 1998, Sneed served as Community Bank President of the National City Bank and as Senior Vice President of First of National City Mortgage Company, Bloomington. Sneed's extensive banking background includes positions with Champion Federal Savings and Loan as Vice President of Corporate Lending; First of America Bank where he served as Senior VP of Lending; and National City Bank where he served as Senior Vice President of Lending and Community Bank President.
