Welcome

The Adlai E. Stevenson II Center for Community and Economic Development helps fulfill Illinois State University's mission of “creating the most supportive and productive community possible to serve the citizens of Illinois and beyond.” The Center supports three graduate programs: the Peace Corps Fellows/USA Program, the Applied Community & Economic Development Fellows Program (ACED) and the Peace Corps Master’s International Program. Our programs provide individualized attention to students, research opportunities for faculty, and service to communities around the globe.

IFF (Illinois Facilities Fund) welcomed to campus by The Baby Fold, Hispanic Families Work Group, and the Stevenson Center: May 2 meeting with leaders of local non-profit organizations.

Adlai Today website launched by the McLean County Museum of History.

Dr. Joan Brehm honored with Research Initiative Award during Founders Day Convocation. $575,000 research grant received and Graduate Assistantship available.
